OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES FOR MORGAN WALLEN CONTEST LEVI STADIUM AUGUST 2, 2025
Here are the official rules for the MORGAN WALLEN AT LEVI STADIUM SATURDAY AUGUST 2(“Contest”), being conducted by {KNCQ-FM, KKCY-FM) (hereafter referred to as “Station”) and its owner Results Radio LLC, starting April 10, 2025, and ending 11:59PM July 20, 2025 (“Contest Period”)
The Station may change the dates and/or terms, conditions, or rules of the Contest without prior notice. Any material changes to the Contest or its rules will be broadcast and posted on Q97Country.com, KKCY.com, (hereafter referred to as “Website”). Station reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Contest as it deems necessary if it is not capable of completion as planned to include, without limitation, because of infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, legal challenge or technical failures of any kind.
Station Judges will be the sole interpreter of Contest rules. All decisions by the Station Judges will be final. Entry into this Contest constitutes agreement by Entrant to abide by these rules.
By entering Contestant acknowledges that the tickets for this event are “mobile-only” and require the Winner to have a smart phone capable of installing and use of their personally subscribed Live Nation/Ticketmaster app to receive and utilize the Grand Prize tickets.
By entering Contestant acknowledges that this event may require COVID-19 proof of vaccination or negative PCR test for entry, and/or may require attendees to wear masks during the performance. Requirements for the venue are subject to change up until the event.
By participating, Contestant consents to Station contacting them by telephone, email, or text.
By entering, Contestants agree to indemnify this Station and Results Radio LLC from and against all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from use of the prize or participation in this Contest.
By entering, Contestants, Semi Finalists, Finalists, and Winners agree to allow use of their entry materials (including submitted image(s), Name, written material, and Voice) in Station on-air, stream, social media, newsletter, website, or other Station publicity platforms.
Listeners of the Station online stream may not be able to participate in or be disadvantaged in participating in certain contests due to delays with the streaming of the broadcast signal. The Station is not responsible for technological errors or failures of the phone, text, internet, email, or computer systems.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Contest is void where prohibited by law.
WHO CAN ENTER (ELIGIBILITY)
Contestants and Finalists who do not meet this Contest’s Eligibility requirements will be disqualified, and ineligible to become the contest winner.
The Contest is open to all US citizens who reside fulltime in the State of California and who are age 18 years or older (“Contestant”).
Current or former employees of Results Radio LLC, their immediate family members (including ex-spouses, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings, in-laws), individuals legally residing in the same household as current employees, Company affiliates, agents, successors, assignees, any promotional agency involved with this promotion, current employees of other Radio stations in California and their family members, are NOT eligible to participate or win.
Contestants are required to provide truthful information to the Station on entry and during entire operation of the Contest. Station will disqualify any entry discovered to be based upon false or untruthful information.
Failure to comply with the Rules may result in a Contestant’s disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize. Station, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, and to disqualify that Contestant from entering or winning future contests.
Contestant must prove control of their unique mobile number used for their entry by responding promptly to a test with two-factor authentication, or their entry will be declared invalid.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter, listen to Station as follows:
(KNCQ-FM)
Between April 10 and July 20 on contest days as announced by KNCQ-FM. Listen Monday-Sunday 6am-12am for announcement of a Text Keyword and its expiration. Enter that word by texting it to 530-244-9736 before expiration. Word must be correctly spelled, or entry is invalid. You may enter for a maximum of 1 time per Winning Word. One (1) semi-finalist will be selected at random on July 21 from the pool of KNCQ valid text entries.
KNCQ-FM Contestants may also enter by registering at some specific KNCQ-FM public appearances between April 10-July 20 11:59pm Listen to KNCQ-FM for times and locations. At these events, you may register to win. You may enter a maximum of 1 time per event, per day. Duplicate entries will be discarded. One (1) semi-finalist will be selected at random on July 21 from the pool of KNCQ-FM public appearance valid entries.
(KKCY-FM)
Between April 10 and July 20 on contest days as announced by KKCY-FM. Listen Monday-Sunday 6am-12am for announcement of a Text Keyword and its expiration. Enter that word by texting it to 530-755-1031 before expiration. Word must be correctly spelled, or entry is invalid. You may enter for a maximum of 1 time per Winning Word. One (1) semi-finalist will be selected at random on July 21 from the pool of KKCY valid text entries.
KKCY-FM Contestants may also enter by registering at some specific KKCY-FM public appearances between April 10-July 20 11:59pm Listen to KKCY-FM for times and locations. At these events, you may register to win. You may enter a maximum of 1 time per event, per day. Duplicate entries will be discarded. One (1) semi-finalist will be selected at random on July 21 from the pool of KKCY-FM public appearance valid entries.
THE PRIZE
The Prize is: 2 mobile-only tickets (Section 407-Row 21) for Morgan Wallen, Levi Stadium Santa Clara CA scheduled for Saturday August 2, 2025.
There is one (1) Prize.
Prize Total Value is: $259.50 (includes promoter and venue service fees).
METHOD OF DETERMINING AND CONTACTING FINALIST(s) and WINNER.
There is one (1) Winner.
Semi-Finalists will be drawn at random from each pool of valid entries. The odds of being selected as a Semi-Finalists depends on the number of entries in each pool.
One (1) Finalist will be drawn at random from all Semi-Finalists. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries.
Following the random drawing that occurs on the week of July 21, 2025, Station will contact the Finalist by text or telephone (number entered on Contest form) to confirm eligibility. Finalist must be immediately responsive to Station’s 3 attempts at contact or subsequently the Station will randomly draw another Finalist, continuing until a Finalist confirms eligibility.
Finalist will become the Winner upon confirmation of their eligibility and confirming Finalist’s ability to receive the mobile-only tickets transferred to a mobile device in his/her control. If the Winner fails to sign required forms within 7 business days, the Prize will be forfeited, and a new Finalist will be drawn at random from the pool of remaining Semi-Finalists.
REDEMPTION OF PRIZE
Winner must appear to present valid, government-issued photo identification and personal social security number together with complete personal residence address, date of birth, and phone number, all such information to exactly match the information as supplied by Contestant’s entry. Winner will sign required affidavits and releases at Station offices or mutually agreed location, or the Prize will be forfeit. Advance appointment at mutually agreed day and time is required.
Prize cannot be awarded to third parties on behalf of the Winner, or else the Winner forfeits.
Prize is not transferable and may not be substituted for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation or postponement of events, business disruption, or other situations beyond the control of the Station.
Winner will be required to fill out a W-9 form to claim Prize, or else the Winner forfeits. Taxes are not included. Payment of taxes will be the legal responsibility of Winner.
Station offices are closed on Legal Holidays. Prize must be picked up by advance appointment at the offices of Results Radio LLC Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm at:
