Here are the official rules for the Mom-Tourage Contest (“Contest”), being conducted by KKCY-FM Country 103.1, KKCY-HD2 95.5 K-T-O, and KUBA-AM 98.1/1600 (hereafter collectively referred to as “Station”) and its owner Results Radio LLC, starting April 20 2026 and ending 11:59PM May 4 2026 (“Contest Period”)
The Station may change the dates and/or terms, conditions, or rules of the Contest without prior notice. Any material changes to the Contest or its rules will be broadcast and posted on Country1031.com, 955YTO.com, and KUBARadio.com (hereafter collectively referred to as “Website”).
Station reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Contest as it deems necessary if it is not capable of completion as planned. This includes, without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, legal challenge or technical failures of any kind.
The Station is not responsible for technological errors or failures of phone, text, internet, websites, email, or computer systems related to execution of the Contest.
Listeners of the Station online or app stream may experience delays of broadcast content, and therefore may not be able to participate in or be disadvantaged in participating in certain contests.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Contest is void where prohibited by law.
By entering, Contestant consents to Station contacting them by telephone, email, or text.
By entering, Contestants agree to indemnify this Station and Results Radio LLC from and against all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from use of the prize or participation in this Contest.
By entering, Contestants, Semi Finalists, Finalists, and Winners agree to allow use of their entry materials (including submitted image(s), Name, written material, and Voice) in Station on-air, stream, social media, newsletter, website, or other Station publicity platforms.
WHO CAN ENTER (ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS)
Contestants and Finalists who do not meet this Contest’s Eligibility requirements are disqualified, and ineligible to become the Contest Winner.
The Contest is open to all Mothers who are US citizens age 18+ and who reside full time in the State of California. (“Contestant”).
Current or former employees of Results Radio LLC, their immediate family members (including ex-spouses, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings, in-laws), individuals legally residing in the same household as current employees, Company affiliates, agents, successors, assignees, any promotional agency involved with this promotion, current employees of other Radio stations in California and their family members, are NOT eligible to participate or win.
Contestant is required to provide truthful information to the Station on entry and during entire operation of the Contest. Station will disqualify any entry discovered to be based upon false or untruthful information.
Failure to comply with the Rules may result in a Contestant’s disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize. Station, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, and to disqualify that Contestant from entering or winning future contests.
Contestant must prove control of their unique email address used for their entry by responding promptly to a test with two-factor authentication, or their entry will be declared invalid, and the Contestant will be disqualified.
HOW TO ENTER (AS CONTESTANT)
Visit Station Website and complete required fields in the Contest entry form, including an upload of a static image of you (“Contestant”) posing with at least 2 female friends. Upload limit is 10-megabyte, available formats include jpeg, pdf, gif, and png. By entering contest, contestant warrants that they own the rights to their photo, and that they have secured rights from any person(s) also appearing in the photo submission. (See UGC Photo Addendum).
Contestant entry photos will be displayed on Station Websites.
Contestants may opt-out of receiving Station email newsletters or receive solicitations from Station and/or Station Sponsors.
Contestant may enter the Contest 1 time.
Entry to this Contest is limited to 1 time per Household.
STATION JUDGES
Station Judges will be the sole interpreter of Contest rules. All decisions by the Station Judges will be final. Entry into this Contest constitutes agreement by Entrant to abide by these rules.
METHOD OF DETERMINING AND CONTACTING FINALIST(s) and WINNER.
There is one (1) Winner.
Following the random drawing that occurs on May 5, 2026, Station will contact the Finalist by telephone (number entered on Contest form) to confirm eligibility. Finalist must be immediately responsive to Station’s 3 attempts at contact or subsequently the Station will randomly draw another Finalist, continuing until a Finalist confirms eligibility.
Finalist will become the Winner upon confirmation of their eligibility and confirming Finalist’s ability to receive the mobile-only tickets transferred to a mobile device in his/her control. If the Winner fails to sign required forms within 7 business days, the Prize will be forfeited, and a new Finalist will be drawn at random from the pool of remaining Finalists.
THE PRIZE: EXTENT, VALUE, AND NATURE OF THE PRIZE
There is 1 Winner.
There is 1 prize, and its total value is $859.60
The Prize is: Four (4) $135.00 value One-Day VIP Passes to Gold Coast Sun & Wellness, and Four (4) individual Sunday Brunch meals (alcohol is not included) at Cool Hand Lukes valued at $115.60, and Four (4) manicure gift certificates from Ballazio Salon & Spa valued at $204.00 .
REDEMPTION OF PRIZE
Winner must appear to present valid, government-issued photo identification and personal social security number together with complete personal residence address, date of birth, and phone number, all such information to exactly match the information as supplied by Contestant’s entry. Winner will sign required affidavits and releases at Station offices or mutually agreed location, or the Prize will be forfeit. Advance appointment at mutually agreed day and time is required. After signing affidavits and releases, the Prize will be awarded to the Winner within 30 days.
Prize cannot be awarded to third parties on behalf of the Winner, or else the Winner forfeits.
Prize is not transferable and may not be substituted for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation or postponement of events, business disruption, or other situations beyond the control of the Station.
Winner will be required to fill out a W-9 form to claim Prize, or else the Winner forfeits.
Taxes are not included. Payment of taxes will be the legal responsibility of Winner.
Station offices are closed on Legal Holidays. Prize must be picked up by advance appointment at the offices of Results Radio LLC Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm at:

UGC Photo Entry Addendum
By submitting an Entry, Contestant represents that a) he/she owns all rights to each element of his/her Entry, including, without limitation, the copyrights in the ENTRY IMAGE or, b) if someone other than the Contestant captured the ENTRY IMAGE, he/she has obtained an assignment of rights from the third party that captured the ENTRY IMAGE. Results Radio LLC’s determination as to whether the ENTRY IMAGE violates the rights of any third party is final.
Each Contestant irrevocably grants Results Radio LLC and its affiliates, legal representatives, assigns, agents and licensees, the unconditional and perpetual right and permission to reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, adapt, exhibit and/or otherwise use or reuse (without limitation as to when or to the number of times used), on a non-exclusive basis, each element of the Contestant’s Entry, and use of the Contestant’s name, likeness, voice and ENTRY IMAGE (collectively, “Likeness”), and/or statements regarding his/her participation in this Contest (with or without using the Contestant’s name) in any and all media without limitation as to time or territory, and without additional compensation or approval from the Contestant or any other party. Contestant waives intellectual property rights, privacy/publicity rights or other legal or moral rights that might preclude the Results Radio LLC’s use of any element of the Entry and agrees not to sue or assert any claim against the Results Radio LLC for the use of any element of the Entry or Contestant’s Likeness or statements. Contestant further grants all end users of Results Radio LLC’s Web Site (a) the ability to rate, vote, review, comment on and tag the Entry; (b) the ability to send and distribute the Entry via e-mail, instant messenger, and via social media or other electronic means.
Contestant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Results Radio LLC, its agencies and Contest Parties and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders or other partners, and any of their employees (collectively, the “Indemnitees”), from any and all claims, damages, expenses, costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) and liabilities (including settlements), brought or asserted by any third party against any of the Indemnitees due to or arising out of the use of any element of Contestant’s Entry, or the Contestant’s conduct in submitting an Entry or creating an ENTRY IMAGE or otherwise in connection with this Contest, including but not limited to claims for trademark infringement, copyright infringement, violation of an individual’s right of publicity or right of privacy, or defamation. Contestant further agrees to release Results Radio LLC from all claims that any advertising or marketing materials subsequently produced, presented, and/or prepared by or on behalf of Results Radio LLC infringes Contestant’s rights regarding any elements or ideas contained in any element of the Entry.
